Bryce Brown is a founding partner of Conover+Brown with expertise in strategic management and organization development. After founding niche consulting agency, VB ICON, and working with LBUSD's Male Academy alongside small businesses in Greater LA, Bryce took over operations and development at Southern California Neuropsychology Group.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount with a bachelors in Health and Human Science, Bryce is also a member of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, a Southern California Leadership Network fellow, and a member of the Los Angeles Venture Association.
Michelle Conover, Ph.D., Q.M.E.

Dr. Michelle Conover is a licensed psychologist and Q.M.E., trained at Pacifica, Fielding and UCLA. She specializes in clinical and forensic neuropsychology with particular training and experience with traumatic head injury and neurodegenerative diseases. She has worked with children, adults and geriatric populations as well as specific populations such as professional athletes and criminal offenders. Dr. Conover has treated individuals with TBI, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, learning difficulties, stroke, addiction and other complicating diseases such as Alzheimer’s. She is the clinical director and owner of Southern California Neuropsychology Group (www.socalnpg.com) in Woodland Hills, CA where she provides neuropsychological assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, psychotherapy and performance enhancement training for athletes. In addition, Dr. Conover is the creator of Dream Big Career Assessments (www.thedbcc.org) where her innovative and scientific approach of linking interests, brain functioning and personality patterns has optimized career success.
Dr. Conover has had the opportunity to provide post-traumatic concussion, brain injury and cognitive rehabilitation care for pro athletes from the Minnesota Vikings, Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bay Bucaneers, San Diego, Chargers, Oakland Raiders, Baltimore Ravens, KC Chiefs, Omaha Nighthawks, Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, Cleveland Brown, Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints, Tennessee Titans, Atlanta Falcons, Seattle Seahawks, & Denver Broncos.
Morrice Apprey, M.A., M.S.

Morrice B. Apprey is a Psychological Assistant and Applied Psychological consultant. He has obtained education and professional experience from a diverse range of institutions supporting his ability to be congruent with patients and organizations that he supports. As a scholar andformer athlete, his undergraduate study of the mind and body at the University of Nebraska and Liberty University have enabled him to assess behavior and motivation for individuals. Upon receiving his MA from Liberty in counseling, he served as a district administrator and nonviolent practitioner for one of the largest school systems in the country, co-facilitating behavioral analysis and support for more than 117k students and staff. This dynamic teamwork lead to the receipt of national recognition from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and others for decreasing violence and improving school climates. While working to receive his MA in Psychology from Saybrook University, Morrice began to voluntarily serve as a training instructor, teaching disaster psychology and terrorism for the city of Memphis’ Emergency Management Agency/ Homeland Security office.
With a passion to continuously serve others, Morrice has continued his pursuit to understand people with doctoral training in clinical psychology from Saybrook University. As a registered Psychological Assistant (CA, PSB94022417), he currently supports the neuropsychological assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, therapeutic support and performance enhancement of people ranging from schools and corporate America to professional athletes. Many of those tested and supported individuals have endured TBI, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, learning difficulties, stroke, addiction and other complicating illnesses. Morrice has a passion for developing people by helping to increase their intrinsic motivation to regenerate from the inside out. In his spare time, he works to develop products that reinforce this process.
